Scott A. Perkins, M.D., joined Dr.Barnet's practice in 1992. In 1993, the merger of Dr.Barnet's and Dr.Dulaney's practices was fortified with Dr.Perkins' skill and surgical expertise. He is at the forefront of ophthalmic technologies and is one of 25 surgeons involved in clinical trials of the Intraocular Contact Lens. He performs cataract surgery throughout the state and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
